Jane Lane is a career real estate professional with extensive experience in directing sales and marketing operations of high caliber new residential communities. Jane has negotiated, secured and supervised over 150 million dollars in new home sales on behalf of New England development companies as well as in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for more than 20 years. A proactive leader and team builder, she has the reputation for follow-through, while maintaining strong client and colleague relationships in the ever changing real estate market.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Premier Communities at Windsor Estates in Lynnfield, Jane was part of the on-site sales team for The Clarendon in Boston, a 33 story luxury, high-end condominium building in Back Bay. Previously she worked with Coldwell Banker New Homes where she launched and directed the sales and marketing effort for new construction condominium communities in Massachusetts such as, Salem Place, The Village at Bedford Woods, The Residences at Robbins Brook and Cronin Brook Heights.
